I’ll tell you a funny story before I continue typing. I didn’t know this song existed (or the other Splash songs, for that matter) until I was asked to translate it. I think there’s only one upload on youtube with a certain PV. (this song has many PVs.) and the only reason it’s on youtube is because one of my best friends jokingly teased her friend wouldn’t upload it because of the type of song that it is. Well to prove her wrong, she uploaded it anyway.

1 - Luka uses the pronoun “boku”, which means “I/me”, but is mainly used by men.
2 - Luka’s not really shown in chains. (Though she sort of is at the very end….) It’s always the dude.

Although...I must admit that looking back at this, the translation's a little odd xD; mayuko's lyrics aren't easy. I just kind of have a problem with the way the grammar came out. But that's what I get for translating on a half night's sleep, like I promised myself I wouldn't do again. >_>
